OPTIMIZATION OF BIRD CHERRY OIL SUPERCRITICAL FLUID EXTRACTION PROCESS

Cherry cake berries, which is a waste of liquor production, contain biologically active substances, including lipids, are not extracted by ethanol in the main production. Supercritical carbon dioxide good extractant for such compounds. By method full factor experiment using rotatable uniform-plan second order, process optimization extraction cherry oil from processed berries supercritical fluid with was carried out. During planning, pressure 250 atm, temperature 60 °C, hydraulic module 25 selected as levels. To increase accuracy optimization, additional coefficients sequentially included based on Fisher test increasing. Analysis regression equation made it possible to establish optimal parameters: 70 350 33 at yield 1.4% (extraction degree 85%). The relative model error 1%.
